It is the passion for America in general that gives birth to the idea of the Boars Nest, a typical American place that deeply follows the free style of country life and saloons frequented by Cowboys, rancheros, gold divers, fur hunters and frontier people. The Boars Nest was born precisely to transmit the sense of freedom, simplicity, harmony of being together and why not, also the desire to dream of being right on the Mother Route in one of those places that are now museums where you can sit, eat and drink at any time of the day or night.

In fact, entering the Boars Nest, you are immediately transported to an environment that you could find along Route 66. Even a stranger entering for the first time will feel the familiar warmth that a cowboy would expect when entering his trusted saloon.

On weekends it is possible to come across a musical event, or something else, or more simply some mandrian who binges with a pan of our legendary beans while drinking one of our beers, strictly tapped in three times by our very kind Cowgirls. Our girls are just the essential ingredient for a perfect experience within the venue; they are friendly, nice and attentive in equal parts, making sure that each guest feels like a regular customer.
