Vintage 1960s Dress : 50s 60s Paul Parnes Black Cocktail Party Dress VINTAGE ORIGINAL 1940'S NAVY BLUE FLORAL PRINT PEPLUM Gem 40's 50's Navy Blue Floral Dress by Paul Parnes 1950s Paul Parnes black silk brocade dress with tie Depop Vintage 1960s Paul Parnes Brown Tweed Dress & Jacket Set Chocolate. This dress is a thing of sheer vintage beauty! Made by Paul Parnes, this 40s 50's dress features a lovely all over floral print, shaped lapels, and POCKETS!! Side metal Talon zipper closure. No fabric tag, but it feels to be a rayon, and you can see a bit of the texture of the fabric in the photos. Still has original thread belt loops, but there is no belt with the dress. Note this dress is a DARK navy blue, it photographed lighter than it is. It almost looks black in some lighting. This dress is in good to very good vintage condition! I am selling it as is, however. There is some unraveling at the seams (see photos), and the stitching has come loose on the right sleeve (see photo). These are easy fixes. There seems to have been some repair in the solid trim around the collar, but it's really not noticeable unless you look closely. Also note, I have not laundered this garment. There are a couple minor discolorations stains, but again, not very noticeable, and they may come out after laundering. There is NO stretch to this dress, so please note the measurements carefully!
